The proposed project philosophy is to construct a Solar power plant and associated transmission Line with in-built Quality and appropriate redundancy to achieve high availability and reliability with minimum maintenance efforts.
X Index Energy Limited is planning to develop two solar PV power project in two sites of Bangladesh to sell electricity over long term power purchase agreements with the Bangladesh Power Development Board.
As part of the planning for developing the two solar projects, prefeasibility study for the proposed two sites at Sreemangal Upazila of Moulavibazar District and Payra at Kalapara Upazila of Patuakhali District need to be conducted. X Index Energy Limited desires to identify the viability of the two proposed site in a very initial stage to identify the fitness of these sites to initiate solar power plant.
EQMS Consulting Limited has been appointed as the consultant to perform a prefeasibility study of these two solar power plant sites at Sreemangal and Payra in Bangladesh.
